In her first week joining the defense bar, Mrs. Sullivan co-counseled a DUI & Reckless Driving trial that resulted in an acquittal on both counts. Attorney Cassidy Bernardo joined the firm in 2016 after graduating from Seattle University School of Law where she was an Article Editor for the Seattle Journal for Social Justice. Her practice focuses on personal injury civil litigation, representing injured people in their claims against wrongdoers and insurance companies.
Attorney Paul Grass focuses his practice on criminal defense and civil litigation. Mr. Grass had a previous career in the Navy and in law enforcement before going to law school. He practiced as a deputy prosecutor and ran his own solo practice before joining the Sullivan Law Group in 2017.

Attorney Brian Sullivan practices law from his firm in Everett, Washington, and devotes much of his time to DUI / Vehicular Assault / and Serious Accident Injury Cases. He takes cases all over NW Washington, particularly in Snohomish, King, Skagit, and Whatcom Counties.
Mr. Sullivan began his litigation career in Snohomish County as a Deputy Prosecutor. During his time as a deputy prosecutor, he successfully prosecuted thousands of cases, and appeared in front of most judges in the county. Prior to that time, Mr. Sullivan practiced as a law clerk to Washington State Supreme Court Justice J. M. Johnson.

Also a graduate of Seattle University School of Law, and winner of the In-House Moot Court Appellate Competition in 2008, Jason works on many different litigation matters for the firm. His emphasis, however, is in DUI defense where he is well-known as a smart and zealous advocate for his clients. He joined the firm in November 2011 after impressing Brian with the work he had observed him doing in court for another firm over the last year.

Before becoming a lawyer, Jason was the Director of Operations for the American Red Cross of the Flint Hills. Jason has always been a fierce advocate for individuals and families and is experienced in helping people in crisis.
